The quality of our services meets the requirements laid down in legislation and regulations. We have a quality standards system which includes various internal procedures, the quality manual as well as the following regulations and code of conduct.

Whistleblowers’ scheme

Also based on article 32 of the Accounting Bodies Regulation, our firm considers it important that persons from outside the accounting firm and persons employed or affiliated with us can report alleged irregularities within or also outside the accounting firm without jeopardising their legal position. Complaints procedure

For complaints about and/or comments about the actions of an employee or Kreston Van Herwijnen’s services, please contact the KVH compliance officer at the email address You can also find a form online (in Dutch).

We assume that reports are made in good faith and express genuine, justified concern. We assess all reports carefully. Complaints or reports can be submitted anonymously. We will treat complaints or reports confidentially.
